Repeat Prescriptions

medication4For repeat prescriptions you should indicate on the green tear off strip which items you require.

Please hand your prescription requests to the receptionist (or put in the post box), post to the surgery (with SAE and allowing at least 1 week for return) or use the online ordering service.

Repeat prescriptions can be taken over the telephone but please make sure you have the full details when you speak to the receptionist.

Repeat prescriptions will normally be ready for collection from the pharmacist of your choice or from the surgery. Please allow 2 working days after from your request until the prescription is available.

A number of Pharmacists collect prescriptions but this may take longer. Please indicate if you would like your prescription to go straight to the chemist and if so which one.

Prescriptions can now be sent electronically to your pharmacy of choice. Please note this still requires two working days from order to ability to collect at the Pharmacy.

[NB. Lloyds Pharmacy (next door to the Practice) is a separate business and not connected to the Practice.]
