I am joining the practice as Practice Manager- job share. I have built my career within the NHS, working nationally as a Business Manager to support the delivery and improvement of services across a wide range of settings. Driven by a genuine desire to make a difference, I am passionate about ensuring that services not only run effectively, but truly meet the needs of the people and communities they serve.
Throughout my journey, I have developed a collaborative and approachable style, building strong relationships with colleagues and partners across the system.
I am looking forward to working collaboratively with patients groups and the wider community.
