From 1 October 2025, all GP practices in England are required to provide online consultation for routine medical request during core hours (8am–6:30pm, Monday to Friday).
You can access our online tool (FootFall) via the Appointments section of our website.
All requests are triaged by a suitably qualified clinician, ensuring you receive the right advice and next steps in a timely manner. We aim to respond to all enquiries by the end of the next working day. While this may not always mean your issue is fully resolved immediately, you will have a clear plan for the next steps in your care. This may include:
- an appointment offer (same day or in the future)
- signposting to another service (e.g., physiotherapy)
- a message with advice, a prescription, or a test request
- self-care instructions
- a referral to another service
If you are unable to submit a request online, you can still call or visit the practice, where a member of our reception team will help you.
